Ingredients of Bheja Fry
- Prepare 1 Pc of Mutton Bheja.
- Prepare 4 cloves of Garlic.
- It's 1 of Green Chilli.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of corriander.
- It's 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder.
- You need 1/4 inch of Ginger.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Ghee.
- You need of Salt as per taste.
Bheja Fry instructions
- Grind Corriander, Ginger,Garlic & Green chillli into a fine paste..
- Marinate the cleaned bheja piece with turmeric powder,Red chilli powder and salt..
- Keep the marinated bheja aside for about 30 minutes..
- Take ghee in a frying pan and shallow fry the bheja till the outer cover turns brown..
