  4. For Ragda in pan add oil, once it get hot, add cumin seeds, allow it to crackle it then add turmeric,chilli power, dry mango powder, salt, garam masala,boiled peas and add water to adjust consistency,boil it for 5 mins then it's ready to serve..
  5. For assembling, in plate put one pattice, then pour prepared ragda, sweet curd, green chutney, dates imli chutney, chopped onion and tomatoes, sprinkle some cumin power and chill power, add coriander leaves and garnish it with sev,.
