- It's 1 cup of flattened rice.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of bread crumbs.
- You need as per taste of Salt.
- It's 1/4 t of spn chilli flakes.
- You need as required of Mixed herbs.

- Prepare 1 cup of Mixed veggies - carrot, capsicum, peas, or any of your choice.
- Prepare 1 of boiled potato.
- You need 1 tbsp of sliced cashews.

- You need few of Chopped coriander.

- Wash and soak poha in water..
- Peel and grate potato and carrot, Chopped capsicum, boil peas.
- In a mixing bowl add poha, grated potato, bread crumbs, veggie,salt, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, ginger and green chillies paste, sliced cashews mix it well and make a dough..
- Give heart or any other shape to patice..
- Heat tava pour oil on it and set patice on it carefully..
- Shallow fry it by flipping both the sides crisper and golden brown in colour..
- Serve with ketchup and green chutney..
