Ingredients of Keema pattice

  1. It's 250 grams of Keema.
  2. It's 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  3. It's 1 tsp of Cumin powder.

Keema pattice instructions

  1. Heat 1 tsp oil in deep bottomed pan and put keema saute 2 minutes then add salt + cumin powder + coriander powder + ginger garlic paste + green chutney + turmeric powder and mix it and saute another 2 minutes..
  2. Then add water(1 & 1/2 cup) and cook on a low flame till keema is completely dry and cooked.Once done let it cool properly..
  3. Finely chop the onion and coriander leaves add to the keema and mix it nicely..
  4. Boil the potato peel and mash them very well add little salt to it..
  5. Now take mashed potato flat it on plam and put keema filing and make a Pattice.
  6. Dip Pattice in a beaten egg then coat with bread crumbs..
  7. Heat oil in a deep kadhai.Put Pattice in hot oil and fry till turns to golden brown in colour..
