Ingredients of Instant Gulab Jamun
- Prepare 2 cups of Milk powder.
- It's 1 cup of crumbled Paneer.
- It's 1 tablespoon of All purpose flour.
- You need Pinch of salt.
- It's 2 cups of Ghee.
- You need 1 cup of Milk.
- Prepare 1/4 th teaspoon of Baking Powder.
- You need 3-4 cups of sugar.
- You need 2 pinches of Saffron strands.
- It's 1 pinch of cardamom powder.
Instant Gulab Jamun instructions
- In a mixing bowl take Crumbled Paneer, milk powder and 1 tablespoon of All purpose flour.
- Mix well everything in to a smooth dough.
- Prepare small round balls or pedas out of dough.
- Heat sufficient ghee in a heavy bottom pan and deep fry balls or pedas 4-5 at a time... On low heat until golden brown.
- By the time, add 4 cups of water,3-4 cups of sugar, saffron strands and cardamom powder, mix well and allow the mixture to boil.
- Let it boil completely.
- Add fried Gulab Jamun in to boiling sugar syrup or chasani.
- Likewise deep fry all the balls or pedas in ghee until golden brown and then put in sugar syrup.
- Allow them to be in syrup only for next half an hour.
- Garnish as you like and serve hot or cold.. delicious Instant Gulab Jamun.
