Sesame Ladoo instructions
- Dry roast sesame seeds and pistachio in a heavy bottomed karahi till slightly brown. It will take 3-4 minutes. Let it cool..
- Keep a small portion of roasted sesame seeds aside for coating the laddoos later..
- Now coarsely grind the remaining sesame seeds in a mixer. Transfer it in a plate..
- Break jaggery in small pieces and grind it in the mixer. It will turn into a lump..
- Add the ground sesame seeds and blend again transfer it into a plate..
- Now take small portion of dough and make a ball of dough. Likewise make all the balls. Roll it on sesame seeds so that seeds are coated on laddoos..
- It is ready to serve..
