- Boil kand (purple yam) and potato in pressure cooker for 4 whistles. Peel and mash both boiled kand & potato, add 2-3 tbsp corn flour and make smooth mixture.Make 10 equal portions and roll into balls.Keep aside..
- Coarsely grind boiled peas,(keep few peas aside).In mixing plate add mashed peas mixture,grated coconut, green chillies ginger paste, sugar powder, chopped coriander, and salt, squeeze lemon juice on it and mix all to make filling mixture..
- Apply oil on palms,take one portion of kand- potato mixture ball.. flatten it into 2" daimeter..
