- In a pressure cooker add the (cleaned & washed) mutton pieces, salt, ginger-garlic paste, haldi, coriander, garam masala powder & green chillies. Add 1 cup water & close the lid. Cook for atleast 9-10 whistles. Cook until mutton is tender..
