- Add onions, ginger,chilli & curry leaves.Fry until the onions turn transparent..
- Add chopped carrot, beans, peas & saute for 2,3 mints.Cook covered on a low flame till they turn slightly tender..
- Pour water & salt. Then pour the roasted semiya into boiled water & stir immediately to prevent lumps..
- Cook on a medium flame till the vermicelli is cooked well..
- Serve hot..
