Ingredients of Till ladoo
- Prepare 200 gms of till/seaseme.
- You need 1/4 cup of peanuts.
- Prepare 1 cup of jaggery grated or finely chopped or powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of elaichi( cardamom) powder(optional).
Roast the til and peanuts separately in heavy bottomed vessel. Ladoo made with Til and Gur(jaggery) mixed together is definitely prepared on Makar Sankranti. Til gur ladoo is also called Tilkut. It is very easy to make these Ladoo.
Till ladoo instructions
- In a pan roast till/ seaseme seeds till golden brown. Keep aside.
- Roast peanuts till golden brown and keep aside.
- In a mixer grinder add both peanuts and seaseme/ till and grind to little coarse.
- Add elaichi powder and just mix. It's optional.
- Add jaggery to the same finding jar and grind till everything mix well.
- Take out in a plate and take snal portions and roll out laddoos.
- Ready to munch.
