- Cut and de seed the water melon..
- Collect all the ingredients..
- Make puree and keep aside..
- First add the corn starch in half cup of water melon juice and mix till it dissolve completely..
- Mix this with remaining water melon juice..
- Add cinnamon stick sugar and vanilla essence, salt..
- Bring the water melon mixture to a boil..
- Simmer on the low flame for about 10/12 minutes and keep stirring continuously..
- Once it thickens remove cinnamon stick from it..
- Pour the prepared jelly mixture into the moulds and let it cool..
- Refrigerate it for atleast 8 hours to chill now and it is ready to serve, garnish with choco chips dry fruits or as you wish..
