- Heat a pan with 1 tbsp oil. Once the oil is hot enough, add red chili powder, garam masala, cumin powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste and coriander leaves..
- Saute for couple of minutes..

- Remove from heat and let it cool completely..
