- You need 100 g of dry yelloo peas.
- It's 2 of medium size potatoes.
- Prepare 1 table spoon of Red chill powder.
- Prepare 1/2 table spoon of garam masala.
- It's of Ginger paste half table spoon.
- It's leaves of Some Fresh coriander.
- You need 2 of _3 table spoon of oil.
- Prepare 1/2 table spoon of each of cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
- It's of Salt as per taste.

Ragada patice step by step
- Soak the yellow peas atleast for 6 hours, then wash it and cook it in cooker for 4_5 vissels, mean while boil potatoes..
- Peel of the potatoes and add some salt as per taste, garam masala, ginger paste, red chilli powder to it and smash them properly, and make tikkies of them, after cooling down of pressure cooker transfer the cooked peas in bowl take a pan add some oil and once it heated then add some cumin seeds and mustard seeds in oil. After pooping of seeds add cooked peas in this and add little water in it. Bopil it for 4_5 min and off the gas.....
- Heat the another pan on medium flame, add 1 table spoon of oil to it and out tikkies on the pan, roast it for 5_6 min by both side till it's get Brown in colour, ad some oil while roasting. And tikkies are done. Then out 2 tikkies in serving plate and Ragada (cooked peas) on it, add some coriander leaves and some crispy sev on it for garnishing.. and some green chutuney to it for taste.. and it's ready to serve...
