Ingredients of Soft til gud moongfali ladoo
- You need 3/4 cup of sesame seeds.
- You need 1/4 cup of peanuts.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of soft grated jaggery.
- You need 1/4 tsp of cardomon powder.

Soft til gud moongfali ladoo step by step
- Dry roast sesame seeds on low medium flame 2 to 3 minutes until very light golden remove on a plate and cool.
- To same pan add peanuts roast on low medium flame 2 to 3 minutes until light golden and skip peels easily turn of heat and cool.
- Once peanuts are cool rub between palms to remove skin clean it nicely discard away the skin.
- Grind the peeled and roasted peanuts to a coarse powder then add sesame seeds to the coarse peanuts in mixie and grind again until sesame seeds and coarsely ground.
- Now to this mixture add grated soft jaggery and cardomon powder and give a few pulse in mixer until mixed do not over grind as it will release oil and mixture will become wet and runny making difficult to make ladoos.
- Now transfer this mixture into a plate and scoop out small portions make ladoos...once all ladoos are make leave them open for an hour so that they set nicely then store in airtight container for upto a months time.
