- It's 2 cups of watermelon juice.
- Prepare 2 tsp of agar agar powder.
- You need 1/2 cup of sugar or as per taste.
- It's 1 cup of water.
- It's 1/4 cup of lemon juice.

- Take a pan add water, agar agar powder and sugar and mix them and heat on medium flame and stir it until it completely melts and keep aside.
- Now pour the mixture to the watermelon juice and mix it well and add lemon juice and mix.
- Now pour it any moulds, keep the mould in freeze for 1 to 2 hours or completely set.
- Now demould it very carefully and serve cool.
