- Prepare 250 grams of mutton.
- You need 3 of big size shaljum (turnip).

Shaljum gosht ka salan step by step
- In a pot add oil, onion, mutton,ginger garlic paste and 1/2 cup of water, put in the low flame until meat become tender.
- Then add chopped tomatoes and all the spices except garam masala powder.
- Cook it well until oil releases on top then add shaljum cutted into 4 pieces and add water for making gravy and cover the lid in low flame.
- When shaljum become tender add garam masala powder in the end and garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and green chillies.
- Serve with chapaty and boiled rice !.
