- It's 200 grams of paneer.
- It's 100 grams of hung curd.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of gram flour.
- It's 1 cup of brown bread crumbs.
- It's 1/2 cup of cornflakes.
- It's 2 tbsp of mustard oil.
- It's 1 tbsp of Kashmiri red chilli powder.
- It's 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- It's 1 tsp of cumin powder.
- Prepare 1 tsp of garam masala powder.
- You need 1 tsp of chat masala.
- Prepare 1 tsp of dry ginger powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- You need 1 tsp of salt.
- It's 1 tsp of kasoori methi powder.
- You need of Oil for frying.
- It's of Onion rings and coriander leaves for garnishing.
Paneer Tikka Pops instructions
- Cut paneer in small cubes..
- In a bowl add mustard oil..
- Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder mix well..
- Add hung curd,2 tbsp gram flour and ginger garlic paste mix well..
- Add garam masala,chat masala,cumin powder, coriander powder,dry ginger powder,kasoori methi and salt..
- Mix well..
- Keep aside for 10 mins..
- In a bowl add cornflakes crushed fine..
- In crused cornflakes add 4 tbsp brown bread crumbs..
- Mix well..
- Now coat paneer cubes with crumbs and cornflakes mixture..
- Method for slurry..in a bowl add 2 tbsp gram flour,1 tbsp corn flour and 4 tbsp water mix well..
- Now again dip tikka in slurry and coat with crumbs..
- Keep aside..
- Heat oil on medium flame..
- Deep fry all paneer tikka pops in medium flame..
- Fry until crisp and golden..
- Method for dip...in a bowl add 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp mint chutney mix well..
