  11. You need 1 tsp of chat masala.
  12. Prepare 1 tsp of dry ginger powder.
  13. It's 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.

  15. It's 1 tsp of kasoori methi powder.
  16. You need of Oil for frying.

  1. Cut paneer in small cubes..
  2. In a bowl add mustard oil..
  3. Now add Kashmiri red chilli powder mix well..
  4. Add hung curd,2 tbsp gram flour and ginger garlic paste mix well..
  5. Add garam masala,chat masala,cumin powder, coriander powder,dry ginger powder,kasoori methi and salt..
  6. Mix well..
  7. Keep aside for 10 mins..
  8. In a bowl add cornflakes crushed fine..
  9. In crused cornflakes add 4 tbsp brown bread crumbs..
  10. Mix well..
  11. Now coat paneer cubes with crumbs and cornflakes mixture..
  12. Method for slurry..in a bowl add 2 tbsp gram flour,1 tbsp corn flour and 4 tbsp water mix well..
  13. Now again dip tikka in slurry and coat with crumbs..

  15. Heat oil on medium flame..
  16. Deep fry all paneer tikka pops in medium flame..
