- Heat 1 tspn oil in a pan and roast vermicelli for 2 to 3 mins.
- In another pan heat 4 to 5 spoon full oil and crack mustard seeds curry patta, chopped green chilli.
- Add chopped onion, carrot tomato one by one.
- Saute it well add salt and all spices mentioned above and cook it.
- When vegetables cooked add 1 cup water and roasted vermicelli.
- In slow flame cook.
- When excess water absorbed add lemon juice and 1 tspn sugar and sprinkle Coriander leaves.
