Tawa Paneer Tikka step by step

  1. In a bowl take hung curd..
  2. Add salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, cumin powder, chat masala and lemon juice..
  3. Mix well to smooth paste..
  4. Now add red food color and mix well..
  5. Add chopped vegetables and paneer in the marinated mixture. Mix well..
  6. Cover it and keep it in the fridge overnight or for maximum 8 hrs, so that all the veges and paneer gets well coated..
  7. Take it out of the fridge and keep aside for 1/2 hr, before cooking..
  8. Now heat tawa and drizzle little oil on it..
  9. Slow the flame..
  10. Now put veges and paneer on tawa..
  11. Separate it with spoon from one another so that all of them get evenly cooked..
  12. Cook one side till golden then turn the side and cook it also till golden and crispy..
  13. Transfer it to a plate..
  14. Take toothpicks arrange the layers and place it in a serving plate..
  15. Serve warm..
