- Prepare 250 g of / 1 pkt : Paneer (cut into cubes).

Tawa Paneer Tikka step by step
- In a bowl take hung curd..
- Add salt, ginger garlic paste, black pepper, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi, cumin powder, chat masala and lemon juice..
- Mix well to smooth paste..
- Now add red food color and mix well..
- Add chopped vegetables and paneer in the marinated mixture. Mix well..
- Cover it and keep it in the fridge overnight or for maximum 8 hrs, so that all the veges and paneer gets well coated..
- Take it out of the fridge and keep aside for 1/2 hr, before cooking..
- Now heat tawa and drizzle little oil on it..
- Slow the flame..
- Now put veges and paneer on tawa..
- Separate it with spoon from one another so that all of them get evenly cooked..
- Cook one side till golden then turn the side and cook it also till golden and crispy..
- Transfer it to a plate..
- Take toothpicks arrange the layers and place it in a serving plate..
- Serve warm..
