Ingredients of Spicy Fry Steam Mutton

  1. It's 1 kg of Mutton.
  2. You need 4 tsp of Lemon juice.
  3. It's of Salt 2tpsp.
  4. It's 2 tsp of Crushed chilli.
  5. Prepare of yogurt half kg.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of salt.
  7. Prepare 1 tsp of red chilli powder.
  8. It's 1 pinch of Turmeric.
  9. You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
  10. Prepare 1 tsp of Cumin powder.
  11. It's of Oil for frying.

  1. First we have to wash Mutton & Cut in pieces.
  2. Then take a bowl add & squeeze the lemons you can use packed lemon juice also.
  3. Add crushed chilli & 1tsp salt in lemon juice & mix it well.
  4. Take another bowl add mutton in bowl then pour lemon mixture on it & mix it well with spatula & leave it for 2 hours.
  5. Heat oil in a fry pan drop Mutton pieces gently in hot oil.Keep the flame on med_high flame & fry till it golden in color from both sides.Drain on a paper towel. Keep it aside & let it cool..
  6. Take a bowl add yogurt,Salt, chilli, cumin, turmeric & coriander powder. Mix it well with whisk. Now marinate fry mutton pieces in this mixture & leave it for 1 hour..
  7. Now the last step is steaming. It's good if you have steamer in your kitchen but if you don't have then don't worry, :-).
  8. Here we have a solution..Take a big Pot & add water in it put a cooking stand in it water level should be below the kitchen stand.
  9. Now put all mutton pieces on top of the kitchen stand...
  10. Now cover with lid & let it cook for 20 minutes..Now check with toothpick or fork. If not cooked leave it on flame for more 10 minutes..
