  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan,add grated carrot and saute it for 2-3 minutes..
  2. Add milk,milk powder and sugar and mix well altogether until it looks like a thick mixture..
  3. Finally add crushed cardamom and chopped dryfruits,mix well and keep it aside to cool down..
  4. In a mixer jar take all ingredients of pistachio layer and grind it to make a smooth paste..
  5. Heat another pan,add pistachio mixture and cook it for 1-2 minutes or until the mixture becomes slightly thick..
  6. Transfer the carrot mixture in a greased plate,spread the pistachio mixture over it and cut into pieces as per your choice..
