- You need 500 gms of Ripe guava.
- Prepare 1 cup of Guava pulp.
- Prepare 1 cup of Sugar.
- Prepare 1 of Lemon juice.
- You need 1 1/2 tbsp of Butter.
- It's Pinch of Pink food colour (optional).

- Pressure cook ripe guava to one whistle..
- Grind in mixer and the sieve the guava paste..
- Take equal quantities of guava pulp and sugar..
- In a non stick pan take guava pulp, sugar, colour, lemon juice and butter..
- Mix well..
- Cook on medium flame till the mixer starts leaving the sides of the pan..
- Add remaining butter to have extra shine..
- Pour in a greased pan, level with a spoon and let it set overnight..
- Cut into cubes or any shape u want..
