- Combine milk and vanilla essence in a saucepan over medium heat,stir constantly for 5min. Until mixture is hot not boiling remove saucepan from heat.
- Whisk cornflour and sugar in a bowl until combined, pore hot milk and whisk constantly till sugar dissolves in it.
- Pore this mixture in the milk on low heat,cook, stirring for 10min until custard thickened remove from the heat.
- Cool it and refrigerate it.
