Ingredients of Rice rasgulla and gulab jamun

  1. Prepare 1 bowl of cooked rice(unsalted).
  2. It's 1 cup of sugar(for syrup).
  3. It's 1 tbsp of milk powder.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of corn flour.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of ghee.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of Cardamom powder (for gulab jamun).

Rice rasgulla and gulab jamun step by step

  1. Add rice in the grinder and grind till it becomes a smooth paste..
  2. Now grease a plate with ghee and place rice paste in the plate.
  3. Add milk powder and corn flour,Mix well and make a dough out of this..
  4. Knead it for 10min, dough should be very smooth..
  5. Before making rasgulla rub some ghee on ur hand and make small size of balls from this dough..
  6. For sugar syrup take a pan and add 1cup sugar with 2 cup water..
  7. Let it boil.
  8. Once it starts boiling add rasgullas in it..
  9. Let them boil for 10to15min.(low to medium flame) or till they become soft..
  10. Switch off the flame.
  11. And for making gulab jamun prosses will be same just add cardamom powder and fry in the ghee..
