- Wash and take boneless Mutton in a pressure cooker add ginger garlic paste. turmeric,garam masala powder, chopped onion salt and soaked chanadal. (Chana dal should soak for 2 hours).
- Add black pepper powder and oil and saute for 2 minutes. After that add 2 cup water and close the lid and cook upto 5 whistle in pressure cooker. Once pressure cools down check it if any moisture is there turn on gas and heat it.
