- Prepare 3/4 cup of onion paste.
- It's 1 table spoon of red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tea spoon of turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1 table spoon of garam masala powder.
- It's 1 tea spoon of cumin powder.
- It's 1 tea spoon of tea leaves paste.
- You need 2 table spoon of ginger paste.
- Prepare 1 table spoon of curd.
- Prepare 1 table spoon of mustard oil for marination.
- It's 2 table spoon of fresh raw papaya paste.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of mustard oil for frying.

- Wash and drain mutton,take in a pan.Add ginger paste,tea leaves paste,salt,curd and mustard oil.Mix with hand.Leave for 30 minutes..

- Add papaya paste and mix well.Leave for10-15 minutes,depending on the quality of meat.Heat oil in a tawa,fry mutton on medium flame till golden brown.Fry mutto pieces in batches of 4-5 pieces.Serve with salad..
