- It's 1 cup of Roasted vermicilli.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Oil.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- It's 1 tsp of Soaked urad dal.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Soaked chana dal.
- You need 1 of Chopped onion.
- You need 2 of Chopped green chillies.
- You need 1 Sprig of curry leaves.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Chopped carrot.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Boiled peas.
- You need 2 cups of Water.
- You need to taste of Salt.

Vermicilli Upma instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds..
- When they start to crackle add urad dal and chana dal. Fry till the dal becomes golden in colour..
- Add the curry leaves and fry few seconds..
- Add onions and green chillies. Let them cook for a minute..
- Now add carrot and peas. Fry them till they are almost soft..
- Add water and bring it to a boil..
- Add vermicilli and salt and mix well..
- Turn the heat to low. Stir till almost all the water is dried up and soaked by the vermicilli..
- Then turn off the flame and cover the pan. Let it sit for 8-10 minutes..
- Now add some coriander leaves and sprinkle some lemon juice on top..
- Mix all the ingredients well. Vermicilli Upma is ready to serve..
