Paneer Tikka biryani step by step

  1. Wash & soak 200 kg of rice for 30 minutes.   In a bowl add ¼ cup of curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 & ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix it well.   Now add 250 gm paneer, 1 onion, 1 capsicum into it & marinate for 30 minutes.   Shallow fry this paneer in butter. Take pan add 3 tbsp oil, 4 cloves, 2 black peppers, 1 star anise, 1 inch cinnamon..
  2. Now add 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp kasuri methi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp garam masala.   Also, add the remaining mixture of marinated paneer & lastly add fried paneer pieces. Cook it well..

Heat a pan & add 2 tbsp purified butter into it then spread paneer tikka in an even layer, spread the rice evenly over it also pour the mixture of saffron & milk into it.   Sprinkle some mint leaves, coriander, fried onion, purified butter on top.   Place foil paper on the pan & close the lid lightly & cook for 10 minutes on low flame.   Serve this delicious biryani with curd!.
