- Wash & soak 200 kg of rice for 30 minutes. In a bowl add ¼ cup of curd, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 & ½ tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ¼ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder. Mix it well. Now add 250 gm paneer, 1 onion, 1 capsicum into it & marinate for 30 minutes. Shallow fry this paneer in butter.
