- Prepare 1 cup of Vermicelli -1cup.
- Prepare 1.5 cup of Water.
- Prepare 3 of Green chillies.
- It's 1 tablespoon of Ginger and garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 cup of Chopped veggies (our own choice).
- You need 10 of Soya chunks.
- Prepare 15 of Curry leaves.
- You need -1/2cup of Coriander and mint leaves.
- It's 3-4 of Dry masala grains(cinnamon, elaichi,cloves).
- Prepare 2 of Bay leaves.
- You need 1/2spoon of Garam masala.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- You need as required of oil and ghee.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of Black gram.
- You need 1 teaspoon of Mustard seeds.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Cumin seeds.
Vermicelli Masala Upma step by step
- Firstly roast the vermicelli with some ghee..
- In a pan heat some oil and ghee and add black gram,mustard seeds,cumin.let them fry for a whileand add green chilli,ginger garlic paste.fry nicely..
- Now add onions and fry until they changes their colour..
- After that add soya mint and coriander and fry for 5 minutes..
- Now add water,salt and garam masala and close with a lid,cook until the veggies are cooked.
- Now add the roasted vermicelli and cook for anothe 5min on low flame.
- At last add some ghee..
