- Add cumin seeds,crackle it..
- Add green chilli,mushroom cook it on the high flame..
- Now add all spices,paneer,salt,stir it..
- Remove it from the flame.add malai, coriander,mix it..
- Add lime juice,mix it.keep it a side for cooling..
- Now take out kneaded dough,make balls from this dough,roll out,add prepared mixture in it..
- Fold it & roll it some thick..
- Cook it on a heat pan by adding ghee..
- Cook it on slow flame..
- Now shai paratha is ready to eat..
- It can be taken any time any green chutney & curd..
