Chicken Guldasta Roll instructions

  1. First marinate the chicken Mince with all the ingridents mentioned till the lemon juice.Mix nicely and let it rest for 30 mins.
  2. Prepare the white sauce-Heat butter and saute the flour till golden brown.Add salt and pepper.Gradually add the milk till it thickens. Keeep aside.
  3. Take all the ingridents of the chutney and grind to a smooth paste.Set aside.
  4. ASSEMBLING-Take a foil and place the marinated chicken.Flatten the chicken like a rectangle..
  5. On the chicken apply the white sauce.
  6. Now spread some green chutney.
  7. Sprinkle the grated paneer and cheese.
  8. Now gently roll the chicken like a log.Once the roll is ready, refrigerate for 15 mins.
  9. Meanwhile take the eggs add the spices,whisk and set aside.
  10. Remove the chicken roll and dip it in egg and then dip it in breadcrumbs.Place this dipped roll on a baking sheet.
  11. Bake the chicken roll in a preheated oven at 180⁰ for 30 to 40 mins.
  12. Potato slices can also be used as base.Though it's optional.I made two rolls so used potato slices in one.
