Ingredients of Shahi Pulao
- It's 2 cup of Basmati rice.
- Prepare of Onions.
- You need of Carrot.
- It's of Cabbage.
- Prepare of Capsicum.
- You need of Mushrooms.
- Prepare of Paneer.
- Prepare leaves of Coriander.
- Prepare of Shahi jeera.
- You need of Cumin Powder.
- It's of Turmeric powder.
- It's of Red chilliy powder.
- Prepare of Chopped ginger garlic.
- You need of Chopped green chillies.
- Prepare 3-4 tbsp of Oil/Desi ghee.
- It's 1 cup of Water.
- It's of Salt according to the taste.
- It's of note: all the vegetables should be sliced chopped.
Shahi Pulao step by step
- Take a pan and heat oil to it..
- Now add onions, ginger garlic and green chillies to it..
- Fry until the onions turns to golden brown.Now add capsicum, cabbage and carrots to it..
- Saute it with a pinch of salt and add mushrooms to it..
- Now quick stir all the vegetables for 1minute..
- Now take a pressure cooker and add 2tbsp oil to it..
- Add jeera seeds to it and let it crackle..
- Now add Red chilliy powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder to it..
- Mix it well then add all the vegetables to it..
- Saute it for 1minute so that the vegies absorbs the masala..
- Add salt as per your taste..
- Now add the soaked rice into the vegetables along with one cup of water,and a tbsp of rose water/kevda jal..
- Give it 2-3whistles..
- Open the lid after sometime and garnish it with coriander leaves.
