Shahi Pulao You can have Shahi Pulao using 18 ingredients and 14 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Shahi Pulao

  1. It's 2 cup of Basmati rice.
  2. Prepare of Onions.
  3. You need of Carrot.
  4. It's of Cabbage.
  5. Prepare of Capsicum.
  6. You need of Mushrooms.
  7. Prepare of Paneer.
  8. Prepare leaves of Coriander.
  9. Prepare of Shahi jeera.
  10. You need of Cumin Powder.
  11. It's of Turmeric powder.
  12. It's of Red chilliy powder.
  13. Prepare of Chopped ginger garlic.
  14. You need of Chopped green chillies.
  15. Prepare 3-4 tbsp of Oil/Desi ghee.
  16. It's 1 cup of Water.
  17. It's of Salt according to the taste.
  18. It's of note: all the vegetables should be sliced chopped.

Shahi Pulao step by step

  1. Take a pan and heat oil to it..
  2. Now add onions, ginger garlic and green chillies to it..
  3. Fry until the onions turns to golden brown.Now add capsicum, cabbage and carrots to it..
  4. Saute it with a pinch of salt and add mushrooms to it..
  5. Now quick stir all the vegetables for 1minute..
  6. Now take a pressure cooker and add 2tbsp oil to it..
  7. Add jeera seeds to it and let it crackle..
  8. Now add Red chilliy powder, turmeric powder,cumin powder to it..
  9. Mix it well then add all the vegetables to it..
  10. Saute it for 1minute so that the vegies absorbs the masala..
  11. Add salt as per your taste..
  12. Now add the soaked rice into the vegetables along with one cup of water,and a tbsp of rose water/kevda jal..
  13. Give it 2-3whistles..
  14. Open the lid after sometime and garnish it with coriander leaves.
