- You need 200 gm of paneer.
- Prepare 200 gm of condensed milk.
- Prepare 2-3 tsp of chopped dry fruits Almonds & Pistachios.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of cardamom powder for flavour.

- Chop the paneer,and blend it coarsely in a mixie,you can use homemade Chenna(paneer) also..
- Add the coarsed paneer in a pan and add the condensed milk and mix it well,then keep it on the gas on sim and continuously stir it to avoid the mixture getting burnt.add the cardamom powder and stir it..
- After few minutes you can see the mixture thickens but is also a little moist that's when u transfer it to a greased tin press it evenly and sprinkle the chopped dryfruits.Leave it to cool down in the room temperature. That's it ur tasty Kalakand is ready..
