  1. Mash potato in bowl and add salt 1 fine green chilli, kasuri methi, and coriander in it. mix it and make small patties of it..
  2. Heat frying pan. add or grease it with oil. coat patties with cornflour and shallow fry patties on low flame..
  3. On other hand pressure cook white peas for 3-4 whistle..
  4. In kadhai add oil and fry onion paste and green chilli until it become all brown..
  5. Add tomato and ginger garlic paste with red chilli powder, turmeric and cook it till it starts seperating oil..
  6. Add cooked peas and its stock or boiling water and mix it gently. add salt and garam masala and let it cook for 5-6 mins..
  7. Now in serving plate, place patties at the below. pour ragda on top. add some green chutney and sweet dahi on top. sprinkle sev. and serve it..
