- It's 2 of chicken breasts.
- It's 1 of onion.
- You need 1.5 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 1 cup of soaked chana dal.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of salt.
- You need 1 teaspoon of kabab masala.
- You need 2 tablespoon of refined oil.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of cumin.
Chicken Shami Kabab instructions
- Cut chicken breast into small strips.
- Slice the onion, and make some fresh ginger garlic paste.
- Heat the oil in pan and add cummin, ginger garlic paste and saute it for half minute, now add onions and saute them till onions become translucent.
- Not add chicken strips and cook for 5 minutes, and then add soaked chana dal and add half cup of water, kebab masala and place a lid on the pan and cook it for 10 minutes.
- Now allow it to cool, and after that take all the cooked ingredients into a grinder, add one egg and grind it to a smooth paste.
