- It's 2 cups of chopped Pineapple.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Cranberries.
- You need as per taste of Unrefined Cane sugar as per your sweetness.
- Prepare 3/4 tsp of Fennel seed.
- You need 1/4 tsp of Kalonji (onion seeds).
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Black salt.
- It's 1/4 tsp of Black pepper.
- It's as required of Chilli flakes (optional).
- It's 1/2 tsp of coconut oil.

- First peel pineapple and cut into small piece. Heat Coconut oil in a pan and add fennel seeds and kalonji. Add pineapple pieces in oil and stir for 2 minutes on medium flame..
- Now add black salt and Cranberries mix well. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on slow flame till they become little tender,then Add Unrefined Cane Sugar.Mix well..Let the cook on low flame for 5-8 minutes..
- When the Sugar syrup becomes little thick, add black pepper and red chilli flakes.Mix them well, cover and let it cook for 5- 10 minutes..
- PineApple & Cranberries will turn little transparent and syrup will also become thick..
