  1. Soak saffron in 2-3tbsp of warm milk keep aside.
  2. Take a deep pan heat oil add semolina and roast it.
  3. As it get roasted simmer the flame add milk and mix well mixture should not be lumpy.
  4. Add seffron soaked in milk and sugar and cook it till mixture get thicken.
  5. Add cashews almonds mix well turn off gas.
  6. Pour it in a bowl garnish with pistachio and serve.
  7. Can be served chilled.
