- You need 1/2 cup of Semolina.
- It's 3 cups of milk.
- It's 1 tsp of Cardmom powder.
- It's of Saffron strands few.
- You need 3 tbsp of Cashews chopped.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of chopped almonds.
- It's 1 tsp of Ghee/oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of chopped pistachio.
Kong firani (Kong Pudding) / Kashmiri Firani step by step
- Soak saffron in 2-3tbsp of warm milk keep aside.
- Take a deep pan heat oil add semolina and roast it.
- As it get roasted simmer the flame add milk and mix well mixture should not be lumpy.
- Add seffron soaked in milk and sugar and cook it till mixture get thicken.
- Add cashews almonds mix well turn off gas.
- Pour it in a bowl garnish with pistachio and serve.
- Can be served chilled.
