  6. Prepare of Salt as per taste.
  7. It's 2 tsp of yellow chilli powder.
  8. Prepare 1 of bey leaf.

  11. Prepare leaves of Chopped coriander.
  12. Prepare of Oil.
  13. You need 2 tsp of chopped ginger.

Chicken Shami kabab instructions

  1. Firstly in the pressure cooker add chicken, dal, yellow chilli, Salt, beyleaf, onion slices, paste, garam masala mix well add 1cup water and take 2-3 whistles.
  2. If water is remaining then cook it untill the water absorbed.
  3. Then off the heat and keep it cool.
  4. Blend the mixture (do not add water)make dough.
  5. Add chopped veggies in the mixture Mix well.
  6. Make round shape tikki.
  7. Heat the Tawa add oil and shallow fry the tikki untill golden brown.
