- You need 1/2 kg of chicken bone less.
- It's 1 cup of Chane ki dal(soak).
- It's 1 of onion slices.
- It's 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It's 1/2 tsp of gram masala.
- Prepare of Salt as per taste.
- It's 2 tsp of yellow chilli powder.
- Prepare 1 of bey leaf.
- Prepare 2 of medium chopped onion.
- You need 10 of chopped green chilli.
- Prepare leaves of Chopped coriander.
- Prepare of Oil.
- You need 2 tsp of chopped ginger.
Chicken Shami kabab instructions
- Firstly in the pressure cooker add chicken, dal, yellow chilli, Salt, beyleaf, onion slices, paste, garam masala mix well add 1cup water and take 2-3 whistles.
- If water is remaining then cook it untill the water absorbed.
- Then off the heat and keep it cool.
- Blend the mixture (do not add water)make dough.
- Add chopped veggies in the mixture Mix well.
- Make round shape tikki.
- Heat the Tawa add oil and shallow fry the tikki untill golden brown.
