Ingredients of Pista Cake
- You need 1 cup of Maida.
- You need 2 of Eggs.
- It's 1/2 cup of pistachio crushed.
- It's 1 tsp of Baking powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Baking Soda.
- Prepare 1 pinch of salt.
- You need 1 tsp of Vanilla essence.
- You need as needed of Powder Sugar.
- You need 1/2 Cup of Butter.
Pista Cake instructions
- Dry ingredients. Take a bowl. Sieve maida along with baking powder and baking soda and a pinch of salt. Keep aside..
- Mean while. Preheat micro- oven for 180 degree C. for 5 minutes.
- Wet ingredients. Take a bowl. Add melted butter, powder sugar, 1 tsp vanilla essence and eggs,4 tbsp crushed pista and 4 tbsp melted chocolate. Mix....it well. Once it is done. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix....it well. There will be no lumps on it. Once it is done. Keep aside.
- Brush the cake mould with butter. Pour the cake mixture in the mould. Place the Cake mould to the oven. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Once it is done. Take out the cake from the oven. Sprinkle crushed pistachio on the top. Once it is done.
- Transfer to a beautiful plate. Ready to serve.
