  1. You need 8 of Samosa Patties.. ready available.
  2. You need as needed of Maida paste.. Made with Maida flour and water.
  3. You need of For Poha-Onion filling.
  4. Prepare 100 gm of poha.
  5. Prepare 2 of medium onions sliced length wise.
  6. Prepare 4 tbsp of green chillies ginger paste.
  7. You need 1 tbsp of garam masala.
  8. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  9. You need of For Sweet Corn Thai Flavoured Filling.
  10. You need 1 cup of Sweet Corn Kernels.
  11. You need 2 tbsp of Thai green curry paste.
  12. You need 1 tbsp of hot red chilli sauce.
  13. It's 1 tsp of soy sauce.
  14. It's of For Paneer-Cheese filling.
  15. Prepare 1 cup of crumbled paneer.
  16. It's 2 of cheese cubes grated.
  17. You need 2 tbsp of green chillies ginger paste.
  18. Prepare 1/4 cup of chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  19. You need 1 pinch of salt.(as there is salt in green chillies ginger paste and cheese).

Patti Samosas Platter instructions

  1. PREPARATION of Poha-Onion filling/ PATTI SAMOSA.
  2. Take two Samosa Patti apply thin layer of maida paste in centre.. square portion..place another samosa Patti on it to make plus size..
  3. Place Poha-Onion filling in centre.cover with one side of Patti apply thin layer of maida paste..cover with adjacent side of Patti.Cut two Remaining sides into 1/4strips taking care to keep them intact with Prepared Patti Samosa..
  4. Start weaving into mat design..using both cut sides strips.. alternatively.as shown.
  5. Make Similarly another patti samosa with Poha-Onion filling..
  6. Preparatin of Sweet Corn Thai Flavoured Filling Patti Samosas.
  7. Take one Samosa Patti.from one corner start folding to make cone from it.as shown.
  8. Filled this cone with sweet corn Thai flavour filling..
  9. Cover it..and fold and with help of Maida paste,make triangular shape Patti Samosas..
  10. For Paneer-Cheese filling/ patti samosa.
  11. In mixing bowl add crumble paneer, grated cheese, green chillies ginger paste, chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.Mix well..
  12. Take two Samosa Patti and cut them into half horizontally and vertically..
  13. Take two cut Samosa Patti..on one apply thin layer of maida paste in centre.on it place place another Patti to make plus sign..
  14. In centre place 1tbsp of paneer-cheese mixture..fold from one side.
  15. Apply thin layer on it.cover adjacent side of Patti, repeat this process.clock wise to make square shape patti samosa.
  16. Heat oil in Kadhai add one by one Prepared Patti Samosas..fry them in hot oil..on medium flame till golden brown..
  17. Serve & Relish hot patti samosa platter With dip as monsoon delights.
  18. For Minty Mayo dip..add 2 tsp of mint coriander chutney to mayo.mix well serve with poha- onion patti samosa.For Spicy tomato mayo dip..add 1-2tbsp of hot red chilli sauce to mayo.mix well and Serve with corn Thai flavour patti samosa.
