- Marinade Mutton pieces in Yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and garam masala for 2 hours..
- Cut onions in thin slices..
- Heat oil in cooker and put whole garam masalas..
- Put onions and fry till golden brown in colour..
- Add 3 green chillies..
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smells goes..
- Add chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves..
- Add biryani masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and mix well..
- Add marinated mutton pieces and cook till Mutton will done..
