  1. Marinade Mutton pieces in Yogurt, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and garam masala for 2 hours..
  2. Cut onions in thin slices..
  3. Heat oil in cooker and put whole garam masalas..
  4. Put onions and fry till golden brown in colour..
  5. Add 3 green chillies..
  6. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smells goes..
  7. Add chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves..
  8. Add biryani masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and mix well..
  9. Add marinated mutton pieces and cook till Mutton will done..
  10. No need to add water. After cook mutton strain oil from meat and keep aside..
  11. Fry some thin onion slices till brown in colour for biryani..
  12. Fry washed and drained rice in remaining oil. Add water, salt and lemon juice..
