- Prepare 4 of Boiled potatoes.
- It's to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Green chilli paste.
- You need 2 tbsp of Bread crumbs.
- Prepare 15 of Red chillies soaked.
- It's 4 of Tomatoes.
- Prepare 6-8 of Garlic pods.
- Prepare 8 of Pav.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Butter.
- Prepare 1 cup of Finely chopped onion.
- You need 1 cup of Finely chopped tomatoes.
- It's 1 cup of Finely chopped capsicum.
- You need 2 tsp of Tomato sauce.
- It's 2 tsp of Pav bhaji masala.
- It's 1 tbsp of Finely chopped coriander.
- Prepare 8 cubes of Cheese to grate.
- Prepare 10-12 of Onion slices.
- Prepare 10-12 of Tomato slices.

- Take boiled and mashed potatoes,turmeric,bread crumbs and salt in a bowl..mix all the ingredients well...
- Make small equal sized flat balls of all the dough....
- Heat the iron skillet..add 2 tsp butter or oil and roast all the flat balls on slow flame till light golden brown turning upside down...
- Once done,arrange all the pattice on the corner of tava..
- To make red chilli garlic sauce,soak chillies in water for 2 hrs.strain extra water and grind chillies,garlic pods,4 - tomatoes and salt to fine paste..
- Add 1 tbsp butter on tawa, add finely chopped onions,tomatoes,capsicum and cook for 2 min..
- Add 1 tbsp red chilli sauce,1 tsp tomato sauce,salt, and mix well...mash it with pav bhaji masher...
- Add pav bhaji masala and mix well.. gradually you will see oil starts separating...
- Cut the pav in center and flip it on the masala mixture and move around in center so that the mixture sticks to the pav..
- Flip it back again..arrange onion slice,tomato slice,flat roasted potato ball,grated cheese,coriander leaves on the pav one by one..
- Sprinkle sev and close the other half of the pav and serve the dish..
