  1. Prepare 4 of Boiled potatoes.
  2. It's to taste of Salt.
  3. It's 1 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  4. You need 1 tsp of Green chilli paste.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of Bread crumbs.
  6. Prepare 15 of Red chillies soaked.
  7. It's 4 of Tomatoes.
  8. Prepare 6-8 of Garlic pods.

  12. You need 1 cup of Finely chopped tomatoes.

  1. Take boiled and mashed potatoes,turmeric,bread crumbs and salt in a bowl..mix all the ingredients well...
  2. Make small equal sized flat balls of all the dough....
  3. Heat the iron skillet..add 2 tsp butter or oil and roast all the flat balls on slow flame till light golden brown turning upside down...
  4. Once done,arrange all the pattice on the corner of tava..
  5. To make red chilli garlic sauce,soak chillies in water for 2 hrs.strain extra water and grind chillies,garlic pods,4 - tomatoes and salt to fine paste..
  6. Add 1 tbsp butter on tawa, add finely chopped onions,tomatoes,capsicum and cook for 2 min..
  7. Add 1 tbsp red chilli sauce,1 tsp tomato sauce,salt, and mix well...mash it with pav bhaji masher...
  8. Add pav bhaji masala and mix well.. gradually you will see oil starts separating...
  9. Cut the pav in center and flip it on the masala mixture and move around in center so that the mixture sticks to the pav..
  10. Flip it back again..arrange onion slice,tomato slice,flat roasted potato ball,grated cheese,coriander leaves on the pav one by one..
  11. Sprinkle sev and close the other half of the pav and serve the dish..
