- Wash and soak badmati rice for 60 minutes.Slice onion thinly and fry in ghee till golden.Take out half..
- Put mutton in the remaining half onion.Add curd lemon juice,salt,all powdered spices,stir well.Add 3cup water,cover and cook on low-medium flame till mutton is soft..
