Ragda pattice step by step
- Firstly add all aloo tikki ingredients accept chat masala and make like dough.
- Then make tikki and put it in fridge for two hours.
- After two hours fry on non stick tava ur tikki is ready.
- Now for ragda take a kadai pour oil about two spoons add hing a pinch and onion fry till golden brown.
- Now add ginger garlic crushed add dry masala,haldi,Coriander and chilli powder and kitchen king masala and add tomatoes.
- Stir and cook till tomatoes soften then add salt to taste and boiled peas and mix well cook for ten min and add some water and give nice boil for ten minutes and serve with tikki and garnish with chutney and dahi to make chat tste add chat masala powder in end ๐๐.
