  9. Then add the  mutton gravy and stir well. After that add the soaked rice and salt as needed..
  10. Cook the rice until everything is well combined..
  11. Now keep the stove in medium flame and pour the remaining ghee to the rice and close the lid..
  12. When the biryani is ready, switch off the flame.
  13. Serve the delicious mutton biryani with onion raita and gravy..
