1. For fruit salad, please look up to my recipe "Fruit Custard".
2. Cut the jelly into small pieces of your choice. I prepared jelly using the readymade jelly powder mix available from supermarkets. Please prepare it following the instructions written on its cover.
3. In a dessert bowl add the jelly,pour in the fruit custard.
4. Add one or two scoops of your favourite ice cream on top. Add cherry over the ice cream.
