- You need of finely chopped ginger green chillies.

Stuffed Paneer Rolls step by step
- Heat oil in a pan and add ginger and green chillies, saute for a minute.
- Then add cashews, almonds and raisins, roast for a minute.
- Then add red chilli powder and dhaniya powder, saute for few seconds.
- Now add mashed potatoes and salt, mix well, cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
- Then add amchur powder and garam masala, mix nicely, the stuffing is ready.
- The paneer slices should be soaked in water for an hour, keep them in the refrigerator.
- Heat butter in a pan and add haldi, red chilli powder and dhaniya powder, saute for few seconds.
- Then add tomato puree and cook until the moisture evaporates.
- Now add kasoorimethi, salt, sugar and elaichi powder, let them saute for 2 minutes, then add milk for the consistency of the gravy, let it simmer for 2 more minutes, the gravy is ready.
