Mutton Biryani in instapot step by step
- Marinate mutton (should be medium pieces with bone) with curd, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, fried onion, coriander leaves mint leaves, green chilies and add spice (cardamom, cloves, shahi jeera, cinnamon, pepper corns). Marinate for about 2-3 hours (I do some times even more or less. More time marinated more delicious. Do not exceed 12 hrs)..

- Put the insta pot mode to meat/ stew option (approx timer sets to 30 mins) once done immediately check if done or not..
