Veg Burger step by step
- For the patty, in a mixing bowl take boiled potatoes & boiled green peas & lightly mash them together, then add ginger garlic paste, salt, garam masala, chat masala,amchur powder & 1tbsp bread crumbs & make patties out of them, shape the patties & coat them in bread crumbs & deep fry on high flame till golden brown..
- Cut the burger buns into half, apply butter on both sides & lightly toast them on tava..
- For coleslaw, mix mayonnaise, grated carrots, grated cabbage, vinegar, salt together & set aside..
