Ingredients of Thandai Phirni

  1. It's 3 tbsp of - Rice.
  2. It's 1 litre of - Milk(Full Fat).
  3. It's 1/4 cup of - Sugar.
  4. Prepare 2 tbsp of - Thandai Masala.
  5. It's 1 tbsp of - Almonds(chopped).
  6. It's 1 tbsp of - Cashew nut(chopped).
  7. It's 1 tbsp of - Pistachio (chopped).
  8. It's 1 tbsp of - Raisins.
  9. It's 2 drop of - Rose Essence.

Thandai Phirni step by step

  1. Wash and soak the rice..
  2. Heat milk in a pan, and heat it till it start thicken..
  3. Meanwhile, drain water of rice, and blend it for 10 seconds..
  4. Now add rice into milk. Mix well. Stir continuously, otherwise, rice will stick in the bottom of the pan. Cook at low flame for 8-10 mins..
  5. Now add sugar, and rose essence. Mix well cook again for 3-4 mins..
  6. Now add thandai masala. Mix well. Off the flame. Add dry fruit, mix well. Our thandai phirni is ready to serve..
